This is such a useful book which will help anyone reduce the production of insulin. This can lead to a better and healthy lifestyle. For everyone to help them to enjoy life better I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Great Read... Recommend The "Keto Coach Handbook!" This is a very Comprehensive book on the Keto Diet. It's well-written, informative, & easy to understand; it covers the many aspects of the Diet in an indepth manner... with solid facts & research backing up the work... Including how the ketogenic diet WORKS, Pros/Cons, & Side effects/remedies!! There's sections on Insulin: Function, resistance, effects of having High Insulin, Insulin/Hormone relationship, Nutrients & Insulin balance, & Even wisdom on the Glycemix Index!! Everything you'll NEED to know at a touch of your finger... There's something for everyone inside this Read... Words on Exercise~ including Body Building & Aerobic, Sweateners, Shopping Tips with Food Lists, Basics of cholesterol, Basics of fasting, Slow Results, & Tips for Success!! You name it~ it's probably covered inside this guide... It's a Great step-by-step guide for the beginner or an add-on for someone who's been doing the Keto Diet for awhile!! Don't Forget... There's also Recipes (94 to be precise)! There's Main Dishes, Snacks, & MORE... including mixes for the base for other recipes... i.e. Biscuits, waffles, pancakes, etc!!! Yum... I was granted an ARC of Sergio Guzzardi's "KETO COACH HANDBOOK: INCLUDING SIMPLIFIED SCIENCE AND RECIPES" via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits.
