About the Author

Elizabeth Ashby was born and raised in Danger Cove and now uses her literary talent to tell stories about the town she knows and loves. Ms. Ashby has penned several Danger Cove Mysteries, which are published by Gemma Halliday Publishing. While she does admit to taking some poetic license in her storytelling, she loves to incorporate the real people and places of her hometown into her stories. She says anyone who visits Danger Cove is fair game for her poisoned pen, so tourists beware! When she's not writing, Ms. Ashby enjoys gardening, taking long walks along the Pacific coastline, and curling up with a hot cup of tea, her cat, Sherlock, and a thrilling novel.

Sibel Hodge is the author of bestselling romantic comedy Fourteen Days Later. She has 8 cats and 1 husband. In her spare time, she's Wonder Woman! When she's not out saving the world from dastardly demons she writes an eclectic mix of romantic comedies, mysteries, thrillers, children's books, and non fiction. Her work has been shortlisted for the Harry Bowling Prize 2008, Highly Commended by the Yeovil Literary Prize 2009, Runner Up in the Chapter One Promotions Novel Comp 2009, nominated Best Novel with Romantic Elements in 2010 by The Romance Reviews, Runner Up in the Best Indie Books of 2012 by Indie Book Bargains, and a Finalist for Best Children's Book by eFestival of Words 2013. Her novella Trafficked: The Diary of a Sex Slave has been listed as one of the Top 40 Books About Human Rights by Accredited Online Colleges.

Who killed Pandora? Is it related to her daughter Jenna's disappearance twenty years earlier? Hope and Ruby are, again, involved in murder most foul. Danger Cove Detective Lester Marshall thinks Hope's involved or at the very least she's death magnet. Hope and Ruby think it was the crazed, and wild-eyed man they saw leaving when they arrived. Join Danger Cove's resident writer Elizabeth Ashley, Hope, Ruby, and Vernon as they try to avoid jail and find out "whodunnit". Danger Cove Cocktail Mystery "MURDER AND MAI TAIS" introduced us to the cast of characters we find in "KILLER COLADA" who we grow to love more. Get a drink and take a seat in the Smugglers' Tavern to find out who killed Pandora and why.

Totally enjoyed this book. I got caught up from the first page and was kept interested right til the very last. The characters were totally believable - and reacted like "real" people - which is always a winner for me. I look forward to more books by this author team.

The Danger Cove series is one of the best I have ever read! I love that different authors write about the different characters in Danger Cove and I love how they all know each other. Hope is one of my favorites. I love her attitude and I love how caring she is. This story was one of those that spun around in my head until I was not sure who did it. I know I did not see it coming though! I can not wait to read the next one in the series!

Super Fun! Hope is at it again. She feels so responsible to get the mystery solved when things don't add up especially with Lester on the case. I love her down-to-earth character and want to visit her in Danger Cove! You will too!

After all that Hope has been thru lately, she needs to “de-stress” so she goes along with the advice of her female side-kick, Ruby for a crystal healing session. Upon arrival at Pandora’s house, they see Tim oddly hurrying out. Ruby knows Pandora is a recluse and that she thought Tim got away with killing her daughter, Jenna, 20 years ago so Ruby is uneasy about seeing him there. They are both shocked at what they discover inside Pandora’s house. With the help of her male side-kick, Vernon (ex FBI) & Ruby…let the true investigating begin. Despite the local police wanting any excuse to lock her up, the threatening notes she receives and wondering if her man, Harvey still wants her since his old squeeze is back, Hope is determined that both of these mysteries are solved. Another great addition to the "Danger Cove" series. It makes you think, wonder, sad but glad, laugh, want to slap Carmen (lol), shout hooray & say awww!!! Just a great read, all around!
