Although more like a textbook and a science fiction or thriller book, I found it to be very rewarding in a sense of gaining knowledge in an area that so many of us lack the proper knowledge.  The best example was the section on Lyme Disease, a common threat in my native New England area, so I was pleased with that very much.  This was a very dense book full of information so read slowly and take in as much as you can.  If you want to read a book with a little more of a story to it, then I wouldnt recommend this, read a RIchard Preston Novel.

This book is about cool things in science. David Zimmerman could have done a better job though.
