Reviewed by Stephen Fisher for Readers' Favorite Know No Boundaries, Does Anything Really Belong To Me? is a concept of a one world government that would allow citizens to travel and live in different areas of the world without visas. John George is an international traveler employed by various companies for organizing teams to complete assignments of a technical nature. When his travel plans are halted, he is detained for a forensic memory scan to see if he is a terrorist threat to society. The deep probe of John's memories tells the story of John's life with devotion to family ties and the struggles he encounters along the way. John's wife loves to spend his money, but treats him like a henpecked servant. Although she prefers the touch of other men, as a married couple, they still make major decisions together so that they can lead a lifestyle that appeases her.   What Lateral Collateral's story lacks in action or humor, it more than makes up with the details of John's hard work in educating himself for any task at hand, and his generosity to his immediate and his extended family members. Collateral writes with a style that enables the reader to easily picture everything vividly. By the end of the book, you find yourself turning the pages more and more rapidly. While reading this book I could actually visualize Lateral's story as a movie. As he relates John's life story, he begins every chapter with what the forensic scan of John's memories reveals. The beginning of the story got my interest and the end of the story was an excellent page turner.
