Tristan King - a man so far out of my league that I should have thought twice.

He felt like the kind of man who didn't just break the rules, but made new ones. He led and it was follow or get out of the way.

Why did a billionaire with a voice like liquid silk and a face like a bad angel take a second look at a girl in no-name jeans, with a fifteen-dollar haircut and a beat up car she calls her "Eep" because the 'J' fell off long ago?
I let him claim my desire before I had the chance to consider what that might have meant for me. For my life.

By the time I knew his secrets it was already too late.

He wove us together, giving me the life I'd always hoped for, making himself a hero in the bargain. It didn't hurt that he pulled the people I love the most out of harm's way. A girl can get used to a knight in shining armor even when the armor has some very large dents in it.

No matter what the future held, Tristan had changed me. I could only hope we'd survive.

This is part 1 of a series. Part 2 of the Year of the Billionaire is "Taking His Risk" and is available now. Part 3 of Year of the Billionaire is "Keeping His Promise" and is availbable at your favorite ebook vendor.

This is a steamy sexy read that's five chilies hot!

About the Author

K.C. Falls is a native of New York who traded the Big Apple for Big Sky country. Her Montana ranch is home to a menagerie of animals including one human male she shamelessly uses for inspiration. Her tales are sharp-edged stories with strong sexy heroes and the women they can't resist.

K.C. finds time to feed the chickens, study Native Americana (she's part Cheyenne--that's what the 'C' stands for) and cook incredible food because there isn't a restaurant around for many miles. She writes in between bites.

The girl kind of had no own sense of self preservation and the guy made me suspicious the entire time. He was too controlling and possessive and seemed like he would turn out to be a man who will beat her especially since he has bad mood swing. I won't get the others. I don't feel these characters are worth pursuing. Also the plot escalated too quickly and was not believable. But to the author, don't stop. I will try other books of yours because you can only get better and better.

This book was very hard to read. No substance, no character development and no details.

I would give this 5 stars except I hate being given a free book only to find I hhave to buy 2 more in order to read the whole story.

There's no substance to this story. Its just lots of sex and a mysterious guy. I suppose the mystery would unravel in the next book. All in all; its a free teaser designed to sell the next book. The nothing in this story that would make me wanna buy the next book. In fact, I had to skim through to the end. It really is as bad as the reviews say it is!

I am so glad it was free. It was not written well at all, no real character development, immature. I will not read the rest of the series.

I am usually very forgiving for a free read, but this time not so much. Poorly written with unbelievable plot line and twists. Dont waste your time on this one.

I enjoy it Reina & her best friend Jenna have always taken jobs outside of the city to have no st for expenses. They both went to the college, but this will be their summer together without full time jobs. They switch jobs, now Jenna is working days and Reina is working at the theatre where is she meets billionaire Tristan. He is going to become a big factor in her & her family's lives.

Raina and Tristan's story was a fun summer read. Things got hot pretty fast, the kind of book I like. Would love a man like that.

Or novella as this is the first part of a contemporary erotic romance between a 20-something girl next door and a billionaire community theater actor. Sparks fly between them as the stage manager Raina and lead actor Tristan share lines and hot sex. Graphic and spicy and a few secrets make it suspenseful as well. And surprisingly, hazel eyes...

I was reading...only a quarter through. I just had to say that melon does not describe a color. Is it honey dew, cantaloupe, or watermelon? yes it does make a difference. Not a great book. But not so poorly written that I can't finish the last 80 of 97 pp, I think.

The story is very good. I love the way they love each other even if they don't so it. There is just one thing I had a little problem with was the waythe guy got so pasasive with the girl. But I can not wait to read the rest of the books. So to the writer good job. L.J.B.

Middle class  girl, college grad, has one of those instantaneous attractions to a slightly older, filthy rich,  physically all inclusive alpha. He's an enigma, cold and vague yet physically warm, demanding yet prohibiting, at times near juridical in his controlling.   All are part of his manipulative coping mechanisms, which contribute to the story line, but his number 1 is, extraordinary sex.  Raina is hormonaly drawn in, whereas her voice of reason continually churns up the internal struggle.   Tristan is showing signs of breaking those manipulative walls as Raina and her family are physically compromised.  A really good read, sexy, romantic, and although verbiage of FSOG, if you think of any lusty in love coupe, they will do just about anything for that affirmation they assume is love.  I think the next books are going to take it in many emotional directs.

What's next! This short book had every thing... Love, sex, family, sex and more sex. Well written with some lovable characters. I wanted the book to go on a lot longer. Not for children.
