This is a grear book that teaches you the basics of lacross. I really enjoyed reading it!

Very well done overview of both the men's and women's games. It is written very crisply and cleanly. The list of the Top 10 players of all time was fascinating to read. This new version is much better than the first Lacrosse for Dummies which focused on Canadian box lacrosse and was overly word and clumsily written.

this is an ok book.. i just am saying that if you are completely new to lacrosse this might ot help you.. it really is sortof complex
