A beautiful family Christmas story. Delaney Harris and her husband Nick are expecting a baby, but a Christmas snow storm keeps Delaney and her extended family and friends house bound in the storm. When Delaney starts to have contractions on Christmas Eve, there is concern about getting to the hospital on Christmas day. There is only one vehicle capable of transporting Delaney to the hospital and that is by horse and sleigh...wonderful story!
Eight months pregnant, and all Delaney wants is to have her baby in Tennessee. Her husband, Nick, needs to convince his business partner to go lay the ground work on his new resort so he can stay with Delaney. Delaney decides to make the holidays festive. She invites the extended family over for dinner. Ashley's husband is missing, which makes Delaney even more determined to make this a special holiday. However, a blizzard snows them in. A beautiful story with ups and downs. A story of true family, love, and new beginnings. I truly loved this story!
Delaney Harris is eight months pregnant and wants to have her baby at home in Tennessee when she gives birth, not halfway around the world in New Zealand where she and her husband Nick have been living. This is a heartwarming wonderful story about family and friendship. It proves you don't have to be related by blood to be family.
