A friend recommended this book to me - and I owe them big time. Milligan's book is a complete 180 from the usual self-help book that is removed from the reality of day to day life and is confusing (if you are like me - you feel worse after reading those books). Milligan welcomes you into his own life experiences, which he uses to make his points very clearly (including some really tough times and mistakes) that any person could relate to and I really liked how he also ties in facts from other sources. You quickly grasp how what he has learned makes perfect sense. And you'll laugh and cry while reading it. I was really surprised at how much better I felt about my own life after I read his book. I've even started using some of the suggestions he has in my own life and the difference is tremendous. This is a 5-star book for sure; you won't be disappointed.
