Meet the Author

Writer Gene Ambaum is the pen name of a real-life librarian who works in an undisclosed library in the Pacific Northwest.

Cartoonist Bill Barnes is a former Slate technology columnist whose adventures at Microsoft and beyond were chronicled in Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. Bill also writes Not Invented Here, a comic strip set in the software industry.

This series is pretty good and funny too. Like the characters and the setting. Good volume.
