Leadership Thoughts: Challenging Local Church Leaders To Move Forward

The pandemic of 2020 presented unprecedented challenges for the Church. What could have been used as a tool to destroy us became an opportunity for God to show His greatness as He not only sustained us but caused us to experience one of our most fruitful seasons. Our test became a testimony. We are still standing proving, once again, the gates of hell cannot prevail against His Church.

The challenge, now, is to move forward and be the mighty force He has called us to be - not a passive church but a powerful church. This will require church leaders at every level to turn up their intensity and operate at their maximum effectiveness. This book is a tool to assist in this process. Each chapter presents the thoughts of a leader for leaders. It is intended to provoke good works as it encourages and instructs. It's goal is to help you.

This work is produced by an author who has given a lifetime to training local church leaders. The thoughts shared come from experience and genuine spiritual sensitivity. Any individual or leadership team serious about moving forward will want to make this book a must-read.
