OPTIMIZE: Leading Change in Your Life is a jam packed 8 Step Process that teaches you step-by-step how to lead yourself and the people you serve through the change process to achieve their goals. Based on John Kotter's change management strategies for leading teams and organizations, Prochaska and DeClemente's model for Stages of Change, positive psychology, rational emotive behavior techniques and other motivational thought leaders, you learn how to select your goals and then walk through an 8 week plan to launch you toward success. The creator of this program is a big believer in applying techniques to ourselves, as mental health professionals, or coaches to literally "walk the walk" to enable you to understand with practice, consistency and persistency what it takes to be successful with a plan for change. These steps can be used to address mental health issues, substance abuse, health behavior, relationships, or any life goal or dream to lead you toward goal attainment and a personal "red carpet success."
