Most Helpful Customer Reviews
This book is missing the Table of Contents. I called BN Digital Support today, and they verified that the TOC is missing. They have to contact the publisher. No idea how long it might take to get it corrected, if ever. Makes finding anything in the book difficult -- have to go page by page. Have not read the book yet, but scanning it, looks like it could be useful.
