The Legal Skills Book is not just another skills book. For the authors, both experienced practitioners and teachers of law, don't just describe the skills, nor do they take the easy route of telling the student "here is the right way to do this skill". Skills require a deeper understanding, and the aim of this book is to provide a foundation which will last for life, whether in legal practice or in other careers, not just a set of guidelines for passing a skills assessment.
