Unfortunately numerous recipes do not include correct ingredient measurements. Quanity shows up as a ?. Disappointed.

I purchased this book because I am toying with the idea of opening a small town bakery. I thought that it might have some good recipes that I could learn from...I'm not that great at bread baking yet. This book is so much more than a cookbook. It talks about how the bakery came to be and Leslie Mackie's 'bread pilgrimage' to Italy and about the daily tasks at her bakery. She has such a passion for bread that it is completely inspiring. A must read!
