About the Author
A masterpiece of internal discord and sacrilege, Jerome Lord, whose name is never pronounced without all the vowels, is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Agronomy and The Lesser Animal Sciences, and of Columbia University's Eckstein School of Greek Liturgical Fragments. Father of five, sister of none, a playwright and poet, an author and former federal education official, a plagiarist and self-promoter, he has since 1992 had his listing in Who's Who in the World done entirely in neon lighting so that, when held aloft, it can be read from fifty feet, though only forty if bifocaled. The author claims no responsibility for the contents of these Letters, as he was never totally conscious when writing them.
