Nicola Franklin supported the library, information and records management sector for 15 years, and has over 25 years recruitment experience. She is a graduate from Southampton University in the UK, with a Diploma in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and has been studying for an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
