Life as a Prayer is a wonderful devotional for every day. The devotions are grouped into eight different groups: Awareness, Healing and Hope, Courage, Connection and Compassion, Joy and Creativity, Faith, Sanctuary and finally purpose. Each devotion contains a short inspirational text, a few questions to think about during the day and a short prayer. I really liked this book. One or two devotions can easily be integrated into each day. The prayers were beautiful and really spoke to my heart. The devotions were always relatable and cover different topics like hospitality, regret and how to enjoy each day as a gift from God. I would recommend it to any woman that likes devotionals. I think it would also be a great gift for a friend or family member. Disclaimer: I received a free copy via Netgalley in exchange for an honest opinion.
