Ms. Densem-Chambers personal guide for those dealing with serious or life threatening illnesses is one of insight, fact, inclusion of both eastern and western theories of wellness and humor. It left me inspired with hope and renewed knowledge of the importance of taking responsibility for one's own health and wellbeing. Artfully and thoughtfully written. Joy Tallent-Bohrer
