I really enjoyed this book. Some of the poems made me laugh, some made me think, all of them made me feel something. Each poems is quite different from the one before it, so it's hard to describe the book as a whole. The best thing to do is read a few samples. I first heard about this book via poetry the author posted on Goodreads / Twitter / Pinterest, so look for the author on those sites and you'll see some of the contents.

Author Lee Schultheiss’s, ‘LIFE, LOVE, AND THE LORD.’ is a traditional book of poetry that presents a well-rounded assortment of poems, each with their own distinct style, conveying abstract, direct, and indirect meanings, which are impactful and exceptionally influential. We read through a well-diversified range of poems that transition from love and relationships, such as the poem ‘Left’; to poems that place great emphasis on the splendid natural beauty of magnificent celestial attractions like the sun, as in “I Really Love A Sunrise”; all the way down to poems that mildly explore spirituality, such as ‘Same Difference’. ‘Love. Life. And the Lord.’ is a book that discloses the inevitable chapters of life, constantly inciting inquiry, while challenging some of society’s most traditional rules and values. Readers will be fortunate enough to delight in occasional compelling images scattered throughout the book, which we ourselves find artistically intriguing, in addition to the enigmatic and philosophical quality of his verses. Therefore, if you’re a lover of poetry, as we are; get your copy today! We’re glad to present this book with a 5-star rating! Excellent work, Lee.
