About the Author

Laura Brown lives in Massachusetts with her quirky abnormal family. Laura and her three cats are "differently abled." Laura is hard of hearing, her oldest cat is deaf and partially blind, and the other two cats have cerebellar hyplasia (they shake, and they don't find it endearing). The "normal" members of her family include her husband, who has put up with her since high school, and her young son who enjoys "typing" on Mommy's laptop and has agreed to take full blame for all spelling errors.

But the main focus of the story falls on Lila and Nate. Lila unknowingly finds herself in the middle of a love triangle as she continues to try and help Nate and herself move on with the next chapters in their lives. It's up to their loyal friends to help them out even if they don't realize they need the help. As the story unfolds it shows just what a true friend will do for those they love. I would recommend this read to anyone who has an interest in stories of true friendships and the struggles that love brings...
