About the Author
Girish Jha is presently Professor & Director at SHREYAS-USA - an organization devoted for education, teaching, training, research in the field of Authentic Yoga (science of consciousness) in original Himalayan Tradition. Before coming to USA on high priority Visa in 2007, now permanent resident, he worked for National Inst. of Yoga in the federal ministry of health and family welfare, Government of India for 26 years. He holds Masters in Science (applied physiology and Psychology) besides many certificates in yoga. During the last 33 years, he devoted his life in learning 6000 years old Authentic Yoga and applied its practices for the welfare of human being. He learnt authentic yoga in master-disciple tradition from over 50 Himalayan masters.
