Overview

Think.

Think back to the exact moment when you fell in love for the first time.

That split second. That precise moment.

Can you remember it?

I can remember the day as if it were yesterday: from the light blue dress she wore, to her golden locks curved along her shoulders, down to the shocking tingle when our fingers touched. It was the happiest day of my life, and yet she didn't even know I existed.

What if you had the chance to relive those moments? Would you take it?

I've waited almost ten years for her and my time has finally come.
This split second, this precise moment will change her life forever.

First of all, even though this is the second book in the series, you could read this book independently and not feel like you've missed something.  With that being said, I loved both books.  I was so glad that this story was about Melanie because she was such a good friend to Duke and Raya that it was time for her story.  And it was a great story.  Very different from the first book, but just as good.  It wasn't predictable and it had a great ending two important qualities in a book for me.  I cannot wait for the third book!

Little Moments is the second book in Madison Street's Second Chances series. Madison does not disappoint with Melanie and Roman's story! I've always held a special place for Melanie and always cheered her on and could not wait for her HEA. Melanie's loyalty to her friends always shines through and I was very happy that she got her man! I also fell in love with Roman, whom you get to meet and root for throughout the book. He is the perfect hero for Melanie! You also get a glimpse of old friends, Duke and Raya, and a little peek at Taylor too! This is a great read and I can't wait for Madison's next book in this series!

I received an advance copy of Little Moments and promised to provide an honest review. Little Moments was fabulous, I couldn’t put it down. Roman was introduced in the first chapter and I fell in love with the little boy. The action is intense and heartbreaking. The story hooks you in right from the beginning. By Chapter 20, I wanted to write the author and tell her how much I LOVED the book. Roman and Melanie are meant to be together. They meet when they were 17 years old and Roman instantly falls for Melanie. Melanie is involved with Duke (her boyfriend at the time) and Roman decides to not take a chance. 10 years later destiny throws them together again and even though Roman is stunned into silence and misses his chance once again, fate has other ideas and they are thrown together once more. Melanie is sweet and loving and Roman is courageous and caring, they make a great couple. This book is worth the read and I highly recommend it.

This was such a sweet story about Roman and his 10 year journey to be with Melanie. He wanted to be with her the day he saw her at his Aunt and Uncle's shop. Things always happen for a reason and it happens when it's suppose to, the way it's suppose to. Roman is a fire fighter and winds up getting hurt during a rescue of a small child. He's in the hospital and guess who his nurse is!? Great read!!

Those little moments in your life that stick with you for a lifetime. For Roman they have since he was a teenager when he first met Melanie. Never having that moment to take a chance, but years later their lives once again intertwine. Will Roman take advantage of his opportunity? I liked how this book shows the parallel of Roman and Melanie lives until we reach that moment that meet up once again. They still have their struggles, but what journey is worth having doesn't. I think the epilogue was a beautiful way to end this book. It added the right touch
