Jenn's book brings me so much joy! Reading it is like having her sitting right beside me steeped in conversation. I've had the privilege of knowing Jenn since she made her adventurous move to North Carolina. She's constantly evolving and doing such incredible work. Her journey has been one filled with a lot of heartache. She shares how she has overcome debilitating health issues, loss, and finding joy in the simpler things in life. Jenn has been an inspiration and a teacher. I feel her book is a beautiful introduction on how to cope, use faith, and choose healthier alternatives for a more F.A.S.T (Fabulous, Abundant, Simple, Tiny) life. This is an excellent read to motivate and demonstrate how to declutter yourself on the inside and out.
