Hey everyone i have writen some of these reviews and i hope some off the people who are putting Joanna Campbell down are really mean maybe she had a good reason not to writing anymore! Every think of that i mean i would love for her to start writing the books again. And i like Parker in the books Dylan was kind of boring Parker is more exiting and they tell you in the books as they go one basicly they arn't going out anymore and Christina is now going with Parker duh!!! I like all off the books i think there great. What will happen when the Wonders Legacy books end will the whole series go to smoke? I hope not. I like them alot. Oh yeah have any of you guys noticed that the latest book is more up to date with the real world i mean Ashleigh and Samantha were kind off goody to shoes but i liked them anyway. And Chrsitina is wearing flares in star in danger. Well i have to now i.I wasn't trying to be mean about the critisizim thats what i think so buh-bye

First of all where did Dylan go I know he would dissapear but the idea of Parker and Christina is ridicoulus forgive me for saying that some people like him but I think Christina should stick to eventing Dylan and sterling she gave Legacy for Sterling thats hilarious and she still sold him to Samantha. But it still was a good book though it is dissapointing I had looked forward to reading it but anyways 1 more thing where did Cassidy And Katie go? And Cindy and Glory and Pride and Princess and I never thought Brad could be nice to Whitebrook. And Champion and Fleet Goddes and Limitless I might have missed them somewhere but there are a lot of things I missed that I cant pay attention to all of them and I keep putting my book down and thinking what happened to them See I keep losing consentration if its too confusing Please email me if you know something I dont know or if youre interested in discussing it

i loved this book. i really like that she is into racing now, instead of eventing. i think it is more exciting. i want to get ALL OF THESE BOOKS! i just think joanna should go back to writing them!

I think that these books are becoming confusing. In the beginning of the series Ashleigh is like 12 years old and its probably 1990, in this book ashleigh is like 40 and it's only y2k. How does this happen??? Also Cristina just gets old so fast and all the characters disappeared. What happened to Cindy? I really think also that the earlier books are discouraging to young people who want to become jockeys because the author basically says that if you are over 5'4' you can't be one, but Jerry Bailey is 5'5' and I know a good jockey who's 5'8'. Maybe the writers should do some more research on this subject- also you can't even get a license till you're 16! Joanna needs to come back!

I thought it was the one of the best! I LOVED it! I read it in 2 days between school and sleeping. I havnt read # 40 yet but I bet it will be just as good as the other 39. But this really was the best one so far. They just keep gettin better and better! cant wait till number 41!!!!!(but it is sad that chris gave up eventing for racing, but thats what makes it great!)

Hi everyone, I think this book was a really well written book. I think this book is a great book because it tested Ashleigh's and Christinas realtionship. Um were did the other characters go??????

i still love this series, but I think too many changes have been made. For one thing, I know most people think this doesn't matter, but on each book cover Christina looks different. And there is a big jump in christina's age. she went from 2 to 12 to 16. That really leaves you hanging. Also, I really liked the books when Chris was into eventing with Sterling and was with Katie and Dylan. What happened to them? Did they just disappear?? I still love the books, but I think the authors need to be more organized.

I thought this was a very good book, but some of the characters are disappearing.... what happened to Dylan? all of the sudden Parker comes into the series and dylan disappears from Christina's life. Also, Christina was so into eventing..... now she's a racing fanatic - how come it keeps changing from racing to eventing and back to racing again? I wish Joanna would write the series again

This, I thought was a great book, but it kind of left you. I mean, Melanie was almost killed, and they dont say anything else about the matter. I think they need to focus a little more on all the characters than just on Christina. And Christina shouldn't be so sensitive all the time. But i was a good book, and Joanna doesn't write these anymore. Did you ever think maybe she got fed up with writing the series? Or amybe she didn't like the deadlines of the series? Maybe some of you though should think about writing the series from the authors. I know some of the other writers are forgetting stuff, but it's still good.

it was a good book but where have all the charactors gone?????? Joanna needs to rethink what she writes But..... ii still love the Series

I love the Thoroughbred series, but i think they are going down hill. Whatever happening to Samantha, Ashleigh, Mike etc. They are barely ever mensioned anymore. Why are the authors switching? That has stopped my from buying these books.I think Joanna Campbell should start over like another reader has said! don't like the way the covers have changed and how the authors are always different!!

I thought this book was really good, but they are getting kinda confusing with the characters. What happened to Dylan? But I'm still a loyal reader.

i thought it was a okay book but, what happened to dylan, katie, and cassidy? and trib hasn't been mentioned in a while. cindy, glory, champion, and pride, did they just disappear? over all i thought it was a pretty good book. why so many authors though? i wish Joanna would write again.

This is a really great book. One of my friends loned it to me to read and now I just HAVE to read the rest of them. If you've ever read any of these books before you'll know exactly how I feel.

I know others dont agree but I think the newer books are BETTER than the old books. Okay,so the authors make some pickey mistakes. But if the books are good, who cares? I like eventing, too so I hope Sterling doesn't just disappear like some of hte other charcaters.

This book was ok they are sort of improving because it is back to racing but what happened to Cassidy and Katie and Dylan did they all dissapear? What about Glory and Champion and Cindy? They haven't been mentioned in ages either. They keep switching authors too many times and now everything is all mixed up. Joanna should start writing the books again, they are going downhill.

I loved this book! Some people are complaining about age changes, but Ashleigh, Sam, and Cindy all got older. Have you guys heard of hair dye? That may be one reason Christina's hair has changed. Her height doesnt really matter. I have heard of jockeys being 6 feet tall. I also want to hear what happened to the other horses. But they might have been sold or died. If feel like talking about this series email me. I have loved them since they were firse

Everyone says they are getting too old (at 15-16)for this series, however I believe you can never be too old. I have been reading and collecting this series for many years now. I just turned 22 and am still looking forward to the next book. My only complaints are the authors haven't kept the facts straight. You would think that in writing a series, even if there is a new author every couple of books, that there would be an outline or a data sheet with all the previous information on old horses, characters, events, and races. That would be the first thing I would consider before even writing a book in a series. I do not mind the new characters or any changes that have taken place, but I agree that they need to keep us informed about old characters and horses. As sad as it was, I believe that is was time for Wonder to move one, in order for the story to progress. It will be difficult for any mistakes to be corrected, however, it is time to come up with a standard outline and data sheet about everything involved in this series in order to keep all the facts straight and to keep the story moving and progressing at a normal rate. I have been reading horse books for as long as I can remember and can't get enough of them.

I think this book was awesome!!! I'm glad that the thoroughbred books switched back to racing, I didn't enjoy the eventing ones as much. I think Christina should have another friend that really likes racing (other than Mel), like maybe Katie could switch to racing too. I do wish that thoroughbred books were longer. like maybe 300 pages or something. cuz I finnish them the day I get them, and then I have to wait a couple months for the next one to come out. I'm really glad that there are great books like this one out, otherwise I'd be pretty much lost.

I am the person who also wrote 'The Thoroughbred Series' I absolutely LOVE all of the books, and I would never put them down. To me and many other they're irresistable! Please, stop putting these WONDERFUL books down. If you are yet to read any of the Thoroughbred books, I highly recommend that you do!

I am yet to read 'Living Legand' but I'm sure that I'll love it as much as I love all the rest of the Thoroughbred books. I have read a lot of the reviews on these books, and here's what I think: I'll admit that there are a few errors, such as hair color and things happening too fast, but who really cares? I mean, come on. They're just books... great ones, in fact. I love them and can't seem to put them down once I start to read. I recommend the Thoroughbred books to every horseperson.

I think that the book was ok, they're starting to get better again, some idiotic mistakes have been made. But....I think they can only get better. I think, that since they're back on this racing thing, they should bring Cindy back in the picture.

I have to agree with most of the other people who have reviewed Living Legend. The books are getting better, but I have been disapointed in the fact that so many things have been changing. Like some of the other people mentioned, Christina's hair keeps changing colors, and so are many of the other things in the book. Also, after Cindy's Honor, you're left hanging. Does Cindy become a jockey? What happens to Champion? Why does Ashliegh not jockey any more? These are things that should be explained. One major thing that I have noticed is that Christina is growing up so fast. That didn't happen in any of the other books. I was surprised at the jump of 10 years between 23 and 24, and I thought that the books were starting to decline. I think that the new writers should take more care in these types of things.

This book was great. So what if the author forgot some of the characters. We still have Star, Chris, Mel, Parker, and many other people. I read this series because I just enjoy them, whether it has taken away some characters or not. So to all those people out there who think these books aren't good anymore. Grow up. They are still about horses and the girls who love them and thats how its always been.
