This book is for people who are always thinking about their weight. You have to think of different ways of doing things--eating and exercise. This book is short, which is great because people don't have time for thick how to books. The writer has a sense of humor. A little preachy, but a lot of people need someone to say enough is enough to them. Portion control, exercise, less stress, the right foods, and you will lose weight. It's that simple.
