This book is terrific. Everything a person needs to launch and effectively not only lose weight naturally and pleasantly, but also find benefits in all other areas of their lives. It has really been a bonanza for me. Highly recommend this book, not only for adults, but teens as well.

This book is so well written. The step by step process to learn to apply self-hypnosis and meditation really were well written. I loved the personal stories and the chapter on affirmations was the best I have read in a long time.

As a Director of nursing, I know what stress does to us. This book is terrific, not only for weight loss, but because it teaches meditational processes and self hypnosis processes step by step easily followed. The book inspired me, motivated me, and my self esteem has improved. I found great value in this book.

Weightloss should have been called the second benefit of this book. Ms. Elizabeth shows us how to acquire or rebuild our self-esteem and confidence, and how to look for the good in our world rather than the negatives. It has been invaluable to me at this time, and I recommnd it to anyone truly interested in personal development..

This book is terrific. I believe the most valuable thing, is the inspiration blended with the relaxation techniques, and the stress free approach to weightloss. This author has a terrific sense of humor, and a lot of experience, and it shows in her writing. There is a terrific amount of knowledge about affirmations, not only the writing of them, but the application of them to experiennce success in not only weight loss but in all areas of my life. I consider this author, stellar. Recommend this book to everyone.

This book was a complete surprise. It was a gift from my husband. I have been having trouble getting started with my weight loss. From page one of this book, I found myself getting excited and actually enthused about my ability to follow through this time.

I enjoyed this easy and fast reading book just packed with ideas. Catherine's formula is easy to follow, and I already feel uplifted and optomistic about getting to my weight goals. I definitely recommend this book.
