At thirty-eight, Faith Daniels is a New Jersey cop with superhuman hearing, a controlling mother, and she's about to marry any sane woman's last choice of a groom. Right before she walks down the aisle, she hears distant screams. Figuring someone should be rescued, she bolts from her mother's vision of a royal wedding. But when she busts down the door of a BDSM club, who'll wind up in handcuffs? Dorian Markoff is intent on using a hypnotist to wipe the beautiful cop's mind of his-and his club's-existence. But the hypnotist is in Vegas so a mad romp ensues, involving lots of hot vanilla-ish sex that turns his BDSM lifestyle upside down. Neither guesses what an adventure it will be to find the hypnotist, avoid one unintentionally snubbed Dominatrix, and explain it all to Faith's mother. All while falling in love. Previously published under the same title by Elloras' Cave publishingReview:Now if you are not in to Bondage, Dominance, Sadism, or Masochism, you can still enjoy this book. It is not really about any of these things. They play a very minor role and in fact are played for laughs because this is a COMEDY!!! If you are into these things, here is the light side, just for you.Dorian Markoff is the owner of the club and is the hero of every woman's dreams...It is the funniest romp I have ever read...This book has everything I look for in a romance. Hot love scenes, humor, strong heroes and heroines, a strong ending, and a taste for more.Reviewed by w-w-w for eharlequin

About the Author

Ashlyn Chase: Kidnapped by gypsies as an infant, Ashlyn was left on the doorstep of the Massachusetts home in which she grew up-at least that's what her older siblings told her. It seems that storytelling runs in the family.

Ashlyn worked as a psychiatric nurse for several years, holds a degree in behavioral sciences and has been trained as a fine artist, registered nurse, hypnotherapist, and interior designer. Most writers, whether they're aware of it or not, have a "theme", some sort of thread that runs through all of their books, uniting the whole mishmash into an identifiable signature. Ashlyn's identified her theme as involving characters who reinvent themselves. It's no wonder, since she has reinvented herself numerous times. Finally content with her life, she lives in beautiful New Hampshire with her true-life hero husband and a spoiled brat cat.

Dalton Diaz: If a story doesn't have romance, it isn't worth it. If there's hot sex, it's extra worth it.
Let's face it, fantasy is usually a lot more fun than reality. Not always, but usually. As a writer, one can be anything, do anything, say anything that comes to mind. There are a thousand and one ways to make things happen, each one more exciting than the last.

This is the best job in the world.
