About the Author

Sexy reads with a dash of humor and a slice of suspense!

DEBBY CONRAD has been spinning tales since junior high school when she would force her younger sister and a few close friends to listen to her fantasies and dreams. Back then she had no idea her silly tales would end up in print, or that her later dream of becoming a novelist would come true.

Debby lives with her husband in NW Pennsylvania, has two grown daughters, five grandchildren, a Chihuahua and a miniature Dachshund who does not like being ignored while she writes.

Currently she is working on book #2 in her Love, Lies and More Lies series. Love, Lies and Compromise will be released in August 2016. Other series include The Overbearing Billionaires, Chance at Love and The Orchard Falls series.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Just bad. The woman is so annoying and they do not make a believable couple. How the confession is dealt with is very anticlimactic. Don't bother!

220 pages. Chick lit, some mild violence and so so sexual descriptions. Middle of the road book. Fast read. Could use some editing. I have read a lot worse lately. AD

It's not the worst book I've ever read but it's close.

I was about to say this was the second dumbest book I ever read, but keeps getting dumber (yes I know that isn't a real word) word by word. Giving it one star as I have no lower choice. Pathetic!

Fun, hokey love story. 220 pages, "stand alone" novel, no cliff hanger here! Some sex, nothing too graphic. Good character development, however, they may drive you nuts......... I will definately read more from this author.

This book is excellent if you want a very light summer read where you don't need to concentrate on any part of the 'plot'. The story is quite predictable with the majority of it caused by lack of communication between the characters. This is ok for a couple of times but most of this book is mis- or lack of communication. I couldn't honestly feel much for these characters. There was no psst-stzing between the main two characters as the love interests, and even less feeling between the main female and her newly-acquainted father who she thinks is dying. An enjoyable read for one of those nights when you want to read something but don't know what and don't want to concentrate on anything. Merissa Archaeolibrarian - I Dig Good Books!

This has been fairy good book, but the grammar at times is really bad. There are worda missing, and tenses wrong, making it very distracting. No need for all the sexual conotations. Not really interested in finishing this book or reading any more by this author.
