But when a Yule log is tossed on the fire, Serafina begins seeing things in her aunt’s deck of cards, and Joe’s niece goes missing…they might just have to change their minds.

So many things to like about this anthology! ~ Every story connected with familiar secondary characters from other books in this anthology ~ The setting of Main Street in Snow Creek made for continuity I really enjoyed ~ Each story embodied Christmas tradition and holiday messages of peace, forgiveness, family, home, and hope (to name a few!) ~ The stories were all different, but each a delightful romance in its own way ~ Some books were longer than others....making for enjoyable pacing and reading one at a time without feeling like I'd left a (longer, full-length) book waiting ~ Introduced me to some authors I hadn't read before...and made me want to find more books they'd written ~ Truly romantic stories (for the most part) Drawbacks (for me personally, as one reader): ~ The books contained within the anthology were of varying qualities.... I rate the first two as 5 stars, the remaining at roughly 3 stars. ~ I tripped over a few grammatical and editing mishaps. Not on every single page...but enough that it pulled me out of the pleasure of immersing myself in fiction. Overall....I definitely recommend. Those who love Christmas novellas will find this collection an enjoyable read.
I hope you get this book., I totally recommend you do. Even though they're short stories they pack a punch. The 1 by LCGSmith really had me crying so bad I us
Superlative anthology of Christmas romances. The only downside is Snow Creek is a fictional place
I don't know why I waited so long to read this collection of stories. Sometimes I feel like my mind isn't ready to read books until a certain time and that's why I can't force myself to read them on a schedule. So I'm glad I took my time because once I started reading, I couldn't stop. Each and every story in this holiday collection is extremely well written. They're moving and just what I needed to put me in the holiday mood. Usually I can tell you which stories I enjoyed more than the others, but this time I can't point out any that stood out above the rest. Each story was unique and individual, bringing different aspects of small town life and family to the table. They're equally amazing and outstanding. I laughed and cried in every single story. While each story stood alone, they were tied together as well. It takes a lot of time and detail to make sure all the stories are weaved in correctly, and I didn't spot a single mistake. If you love stories that pull you in, those set in small towns, those set in the holidays, those that make you laugh and cry, stories that you'll love, or any combination of the above, then this book is definitely for you. I only wish this was available in paperback so I could put it on my shelf. I was familiar with only a single author in this collection, but now have many authors I can not wait to read. I will be turning this book into a holiday tradition!
