I love the character developed. It amazing to me how much Kathryn can put in a story that takes other authors double the pages to do. I never feel short changed by her stories. She is a wonderful author with really heartfelt stories and I have enjoyed every one.

Love Story is the sixth and last book of the Ludzecky Sisters by Kathryn Shay. I've only had the privilege of reading two books from this series, but I'm looking forward to catching up with the rest sooner rather than later. Elizabeita is the youngest sister in the Ludzecky family and the most adventurous and daring. Most of that started after everything that the family had to go through during the last few years. She used these adventures to keep her anxiety under control and up until she met Nick no one else knew what she had been doing. Nick was quite a bit older than Lizzie. He was a retired police officer, widower and a single father to a little girl. He like his life organized and quiet, but he also found himself lonely at times. He missed the friendship, camaraderie and intimacy that he had with his late wife, but didn't think that he would ever find it again until he met Elizabeita. Her recklessness frightened him, but at the same time he found her fun loving and free. It made him feel younger and more alive. Now he just needed to do his job and hope that when Lizzie found out what he did that she wouldn't feel like he had deceived her. I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.
