All I ever wanted was to be a female fighter. It was in my blood to smack people around. Some girls wore pink dresses and makeup, I wore sneakers and bruises.

I was a loner, stuck to myself because I was different, until Camden Steel moved next door. I punched him in the mouth, and he saw me through rose-colored glasses from that day on.

I had everything I ever wanted. The boy next door, inspiring career . . . until I didn't.

He hates me. I deserve that.

They say you have to fight for what you want . . . What they don't tell you is, it'll cost you more than you're willing to give to reach the top.

Contains mature themes.

A blood pumping adrenaline rush! Holy smokes! I am not a fan of MMA. I’m more of a boxing fangirl. And I typically do not read the MMA fighting romance books, but I love M.N.Forgy’s MC series so I was willing to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!! This book had everything I love in a book and then some. Tate was never the normal girl. She didn’t do the doll thing and dressing up was not for her. She was a fighter through and through. With no real girlfriends, she meets and becomes best friends with the boy next door. Camden has been in love with Tate since he was seven years old. She wasn’t fake and did things her own way. At the age of 18, following a family tragedy, Tate left Camden to try and be the person she thought her mother would want to her to be. After four years, she’s back. And she’s decided to be the person she is and she wants to be a professional fighter. Walking into the gym, she finds Camden, who hates her with all of his passion. But there is a fine line between love and hate. Seriously, I loved this book! How could I not? Tate was the strongest female character in a world dominated by male MMA fighters. She never backed down. Camden was amazing, because instead of discouraging her, he accepted her as she was. As I said I usually don’t read the MMA fighter romance books but this one was fantastic! 5-blood pumping stars!

Love Tap by M.N. Forgy....Wow, is all I can say, get ready, this book will hold you in the cage until the last word. It was a knockout win for me, I could not put it down. M.N. Forgy has written amazing characters that you will fall in love with, Tatum a beautiful strong woman and Camden is hot and a strong MMA fighter, can you say new book boyfriend. Camden and Tatum have grown up together as friends and neighbors from a young age, crushing on each other as teenagers and now so much chemistry between these two your pages will be burning up. This is my first book by this M.N. Forgy and she has gained a new fan, I love her writing style. I highly recommend this book, you do not want to miss this one. I was given a complimentary book in exchange for an honest review.
