Colouring calms the mind and is a great way to de-stress and relieve anxiety.
Each of the 50 designs is printed on one side of the page only to avoid bleeed thru ruining the next design if using gel pens or other wet media. It's advisable to put a sheet of paper or card beneath the design you're working on - just in case. There are two spare pages at the back of the book that can be used for this.
