The story line was okay, but the writing sounded as if it was being written by a young person (mid-teens?). The editing was horrible, and the first person viewpoint swinging back and forth between the main characters did not work well and was confusing. If the author is serious about writing, she should join a critique group and get some well needed feedback and constructive criticism on her writing.

Kenna and Wyatt's story could have been good but, the constant grammatical errors ruined it. A simple reread by the author would have caught most of them. If an author is that lazy and does not take any pride in their writing, why bother writing? Sheesh! When arsine (a gas) was used instead of asinine, I made the decision that I was not going to waste my time reading the next book in this series. I do not normally bash writers because I always give an A for effort but, there was obviously not much effort put into making this a good read.

I could not even finish this book. Too many grammar mistakes for one! It felt poorly written like a teenager writing it. It has a good idea for a story, just poorly executed. I don't feel like the story flowed very well. I mean come on she is coming back home from California and then in one day the boy she has had a crush on for years gets told she has a crush on him, and just like that its reciprocated and they are together? Come on... where's the story and all the steps to get there! Lame...

I really hope this is a first attempt. While the words are mostly correct, the punctuation is terrible - quotes around thoughts, commas out of place. For those that are fluent in English - be warned. Someone should have read through it before publishing.

I don't know how anyone can read this!! I read to the end of chapter 1. At that point I had reached my limit of mistakes to process. There were 11 misuses of words and more misuse of commas than I could count. Many sentences repeated subjects (names and pronouns) within the same sentence. The author needs a to take a writing development class right after she learns basic grammar. This was a FREE read, but I think I paid too much!

This book was a nice short read, however the constent grammar errors made it hard to want to finish. A proof read from the author would have been nice. Especailly when you even call the main character by another name once.

I am very thankful this book was free!!! Although, I am not a writer I would at least proof read my work. I hope you didn't pay anyone to edit this book because you got taken big time. There are more then a few grammical errors involved here! It is a good thing you have a fee friends to lie and say this book was great. Yes, I suffered through the entire book to the end. I will NOT BUY any of your other books. You have a great idea but need A LOT of work! Please invest in a better team that will not lead you wrong. If you are doing all this alone, then get you some help. You really need it! Sincerly, Gina

In one part you wrote Jenna insted of Kenna. So be more careful when writing. Ok?

Terrible writing. No one talk the way these people do. Oh yeah, every other sentence and so many mistakes. Not even worth paying nothing for this book.

This is a nice story but there are so many misprints. Lots of words not used correctly.

Kenna has to go back home to her father's ranch in Montana after loosing her job and finding her boyfriend in bed with his wife (which she thought was his ex). She was embarrassed to return but also didn't want to face Wyatt who she had crushed on since she was a teenager.  Wyatt was her brother's best friend and lives on the ranch next door so she knows they will see a lot of each other.  Turns out Wyatt has a thing for Kenna too so it's not all bad for them. I enjoyed this nice quick read and would have really liked it more if the editing had been better - or done at all.  There were so many spelling and grammatical errors that it took away from enjoying the story.

The book was a nice short read but needs editing, goes from first person to third person. several times I had to reread a sentence because it wasn't written correctly

The story and characters were good but the editing and grammar were atrocious. I would give it more stars if it weren't for that.
