Loving in the MomentMoving from Ego to Essence in Relationshipsby Gina LakeReviewing this 155 page book was a fascinating experience. I learned so much about myself when it comes to interacting with others, but even when it comes to connecting with me. I loved reading the section on conditioning and how to move past it, I found out that many of the feelings that I have used to gauge where I am in a relationship are just setup by my ideas and images. There were also inspiring chapters on working with the big deal breakers like money, infidelity and others.I just am so pleased with the format of this blessed teacher, I found it to be easy to follow and very very thorough. There were even helpful parts broken into inquiry, exercises and summary that helped me really get the gist of each one. I was heavily drawn to the section on anger cause it can be a real poison to relationships. The things I learned were so matter of fact and down to earth, and the suggestions were great. I would recommend this precious guide to anyone who is or ever plans to be in a relationship with themselves or anyone else. Thanks Gina, I so gratefully get it.Love & Light,Riki Frahmann
