I cannot believe I just wasted my money. $2 for this 19 pages that lists foods that I have never even heard of half of them. I want my money back. I am one pissed off person. DON'T BUY IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Does not give you exact amounts of carbohydrates - just lists of foods with 3 grams of carbs or less per 100 grams of the food. The lists are not alphabetized so it is not easy to look up a food. You have to thumb through until you see what you are looking for.
