Nothing too fancy, but basic recipes easy to follow. We have picky kids, so we needed some help with basics and this one did the trick. Lots of great ideas for removing fat from things you buy off the shelf that are amazing to get the kids involved in. Things they wouldn't have normally eaten, they tried, since they helped with some of the basic prep for the first time. Veggies are always an issue with my kids, but some of these recipes are fantastic with just adding a few ingredients that I would have never done on my own, and it changed the flavor enough, they both liked them! That was a huge WIN! I would recommend for a foundational cookbook, but you will need more than this one!
