Not only does this book from the American Heart Association haver terrific, delicious recipes ... it is filled with all kinds of tips and substitution ideas for watching your sodium. My whole family loves the food and they don't even miss the salt, fat and cholesterol. So glad the info comes from a reputable source like the American Heart Association.

I searched up and down for a cookbook with LOW SALT AND LOW FAT. I really didn't think one exsisted. BOOM--there it was. It is great. The food is very good. It is awsome. If you are looking for this type of cookbook and love flavor.....here it is.
