Closing out their summer tour of 2019, Phish lit up Wisconsin's Alpine Valley Amphitheater with a lengthy 38-minute version of "Ruby Waves," a song previously debuted by Phish side project Ghosts of the Forest. It marked the veteran jam heroes' longest live cut since 2003 and was a widely acknowledged highlight of their three-night stand at the venue. Released by Jemp Records on limited-edition vinyl, LP on LP 01 kicks off a new archival series (Live Phish on Long Play) and contains the 7/14/19 version of "Ruby Waves" in its entirety. ~ Timothy Monger
