Meet the Author
Hilary Bradt is publisher of Bradt Travel Guides. She has visited Madagascar more than 25 times since her first trip in 1976. She is a tour operator and lecturer, and broadcasts and writes about the joys and perils of traveling in Madagascar and other countries. In 2000 Madagascar: The Bradt Travel Guide won the British Guild of Travel Writers Award for the best guidebook.
