Maddy's Floor by Dale Mayer Psychic Visions Series Book Three Dr. Madeleine Wagner “Maddy” is puzzled and concern when patients start dying at The Haven. Especially when one of her patients die on the third floor—Maddy's Floor. She needs to prove her experiment that people can heal while on her floor. Using her intuitive medical talents...psychic energy. Detective Drew O'Neil's family consists of his step-aunt and his uncle John. He needs to do all he can for them. And fortunately, Uncle John has been admitted to Maddy's Floor. He's not sure what the beautiful woman does, but he's heard good things. Hanging around the unique woman had Drew entering a world he never would've believe existed. The first three books of this series; Tuesday's Child, Hide 'n Go Seek, and Maddy's Floor was free. I've read some of the later books so it's been great to read these and to “meet” Stefan Kronos, as he's in most all of the stories. I really enjoyed this book as well, since Maddy is in so many of the later books too. **Sexual content and language

*received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review* This was so much creepier than the other books I've read in this series because it deals with multiple POVs, several cold cases, and kids. The latter isn't so heavily detailed, but just mentioning it always sets a sad mood with a bit of anger, mostly because it's the fact that innocence is lost for something that can never truly be forgiven. I liked the story and how it entertained me, even at times scaring me whenever I made the mistake of reading this in the dark. I loved Maddy and how quirky she was in The Haven, bringing life in more than one way to the serious profession. I liked her connection with the detective and although it wasn't the main thing, it was sweet and hot enough to stand out despite all the deaths going on. I definitely recommend this book.

For readers who like mystery with a psychic twist this author has it. This particular book is a little different than the first two but still has action.

After reading the first two, this one did not pull me in as quickly. It still has a sweet romance and mystery to it. I just did not enjoy it as much and the first two in the series. I enjoy this series overall and I am ready for the next one.

Book Three in the Psychic Visions series introduces Doctor Maddy, and her special floor in the long-term care facility. Dr Maddy is a medical intuitive, able to see people's aura's and their health as lines and colors. Her floor is reserved for a few select people who meet her strict requirements - and it is amazing. People live long past what is expected, and terminal patients have even gone home. But when an unusual death strikes her floor, Maddy knows that something is wrong. Dr Maddy was a little too amazing, almost too good to believe. That was my one problem with the entire story. Detective Drew McNeil was a much better character and he really saved the book for me. Him and the entire storyline. This was one of those books that was impossible to put down (just ask my clock that read 3am when I finished). With some interesting medical cases and twists, the book was very different than the first two in the series. And while I sort of figured out the who-done-it part way through, it wasn't until the very end that it all really linked together. Now this is a romance, although it is a lighter one. Dr Maddy and Detective McNeil hit it off from the get go, but both are hesitant to get too involved - so leave it to the recurring character of Stephen to put them on the right track. Another sweet and long lasting romance, which is just another reason to love these books. My biggest disappointment was finding out that book 4 isn't out there yet.
