I have to say, I didn't expect this free eBook to be as good as it was! The beginning chapters set the stage for the creation of the warriors. A bit front loaded with info but still interesting. By the time it got to chapter 13 or so, I was SO HOOKED! Love, Love, Wharick and Keirah's story! Very hot! Fantasy elements, paranormal and alpha males! I cannot wait to get book 2 and read Kathel, the bad boy, and Mahgen's story! The other warriors in this book must have their own stories cause I am so curious to see how they develop as this series continues. This book had me at warrior! ;)

Good lord the beginning was slow but after the first 70 or so pages you get to the goods. If you can hang on that long the story is a good one. I'm hooked and will continue to read to find the sisters and their destouls. 308 pages

At first it was hard to get into the story, but I realized why the author took the time to define each character. Once I got past the explanation, the story became very interesting to the point that I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series. I found the characters to be loveable and the villians to be just that! You just need a little patience in the beginning and by the time you come to the end, it's definitely worth the read!

The book had way too much going on. Having the POV of EVERY character was beyond confusing and very distracting. Dont even meet the main couple till nearly 200 pgs in. The backstory was very long, to the point it became boring. Needs major editing and condensing so there is room for the main romance

This book 1of the series transcends all my expectations ! The first part of the book sets the stage for the story. From there on you are enticed , intangled and captivated to the very end. I am looking forward to the rest of the series .L.M.A.

Just finished reading this book and i have to say despite the most recent review, i found this book intoxicating!!!! I agree with what most of the reviewers say about the beginning of the book but  once i got to about chapter 13, i became hooked until the last page! I love the concept of the warriors and their love stories and I'm very excited to see how these characters will grow. Just saying, y'all need to give this book a chance because madison thorne grey may just  become your new favorite author, like how she is becoming mine.<3<3<3 love ya girl!! P.S. just bought books 2 and 3!!!

It was VERY choppy. The first half of the book (160 pgs) was back story on how this new race came about. The charaters were all good but there was so much information about every single character in the book that I didn't bond with any of them let alone the main characters. Then the author gave the excuse of the new race having it own vocabulary just to throw in a few f**k words, I curse but come on if you don't use it in the first half why make an excuse for it. Just use it through out or don't. There was no character or plot evolution or conculsion. Again this had the potential to be great but (for me at least) it just was a flatline. There is also no resolution at the end just a cliffhanger so you buy more. I almost feel like I am reviewing a different book the other veiwers but had I bought this I would want my money back.

Even though in the beginning we never heard anything more about Arruto and Isobel the book was well written and seemed to just draw you in. I thought it was a little hard when it kept switching from character to character, but I truly did enjoy the story. What I am most grateful for is that the second book Sustenence was free! Normally when I read books and the rest of the series isn't free it makes me want to rip my hair out it's so anoying, I swear I drives me insane! I hope you enjoy the book as much as I have. Enjoy!
