This album is the bomb. I love every song on the album, she really out done herself this time. The woman is truly a Soul Sistah with a blessing of talents.

This is a great album. You can play it at work, in the car or just chilling at home. Unlike a lot of artist who dazzle you with the first single and leave you disappointed once you hear the rest of the CD, this album is consistantly good. Among the standouts are ''Brotha,'' ''20 Dollars'' and ''What U Dyin For.'' Actually all the songs are great even the gospel sounding ''Time of the Month'' about PMS There is no room for filler on this album. It is certain to be a classic. This is one you pop in your CD years from now.

Black Diamond is the pouring of a woman's soul in a cup so others can sit back and enjoy it. Remondia

You Guys this Cd is great , without a doubt. But I ask you to please read the summary on her album. They label her a NEO SOUL Queen. I would like to say that labeling has to stop. She's an artist. Like many others. We can't just put labels on every artist. Artists like her, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu.....they are not the same. They are all there own. I hope we can all keep in mind how this shows American's society craziness. Thanks. (hope this doesn't offend the results of WTC.

It seems Angies Stone has done it again, with Mahogany Soul....as if Black Diamond was enough. With the release of Brotha, she has truly pledged her undying love and support for our black brothers. Thanks to Angie Stone for helping us as sisters rise to the challenge......

I had been patiently waiting for this cd to be released and it was worth the wait!! Angie Stone is smooth!! This cd speaks of so much reality and truth! It is really a positive cd. My favorite songs are Pissed Off, 20 Dollars and Bottles and Cans!

It was so so good to hear a song with a black woman giving love and props to a black man! With all this cheating, hurting and hating each other songs out now this is a shocking and refreshing break! (Now if a Brotha could give the sistaz mo love?!)
