When Jenna's aunt dies and leaves her an ancient trunk of books, however, one title--How to Wed a Man of Means--seems to fit her situation perfectly. Now, if she can only turn the head of handsome, ex-football hero Slade Walker, her situation might improve.
But will the man of her dreams become romantically interested in her and think her the perfect stepmother for his infant daughter, or will the crazy advice from the old book keep Jenna and Slade from finding true and everlasting love?

About the Author
She loves nothing more than a good romantic comedy book or movie. She often refers to her home as a zoo as the family loves animals and tends to collect extras. They currently have a miniature dachshund, two rescue cats, and two domestic rats, which belong to one of her two daughters. One of the rats only has one eye, so likely wouldn't be living the cushy life she currently is as a pet in the Soard household.
Pets often appear in Soard's books. "You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat animals," she insists.
She and her husband live in the Midwest with their two daughters, both college students. She's been married for over 25 years to her high school sweetheart.
She loves telling stories of love that lasts, so you'll find a mix of romance and a dash of real life situations in all of her books.
