About the Author

Gonzague Dufour recently took a top HR role at Bacardi. Prior to that, he held several senior executive positions with Phillip Morris, having been with the company from 1993 to 2009. His most recent position was as Vice President/Human Resources for Latin America and Canada. Prior to that, he was Vice President/Human Resources for Central Europe and Management and Organization Development, responsible for 43,000 employees. Before that, he held managerial HR positions with Kraft Jacobs Suchard and KPMG. In addition, he has both law and accounting advanced degrees and is fluent in English, French and Spanish, having been a global executive working in the U.S., France, Switzerland and other countries.
