A book that encourages men to step up and to act rightly. Not to get caught in endless theorizing about what men should do or be, but doing what is right to our wives, girlfriends, family, friends, and enemies. Contains some very interesting profiles of some great men. Did you know that Winston Churchill's dad absolutely hated Winston and tore him down at every opportunity? This is a very enlightening read for people who are more interested in being like Abraham Lincoln, than a Jersey Shore cast member.

Men, take time to read this. The author uses enough humor and personal experiences to make the men he spotlights come to life. I really enjoyed it and am recommending it to my friends.

This is a book that will allow men to truly think like men. From finding true friendships and not having that 'surface' conversation to how to treat women, this book is a read for any man that simply wants to be a man. Manfield describes a man as one that follows the Work of Christ. You don't necessarily have to be a man that is 'buff.' Mansfield also take his novel and puts historical emphasis into it. This is a great read.

This is a great book and an easy read. The author uses mixes it up by using personal experience and the lives of other strong manly men.
