Prince Arthur, son of King Henry IX and Queen Madeline, grandson of Anne of Boleyn, has been kidnapped.  King Henry puts apothecary and elemancer Luke Ballard on the case.  Unbeknownst to most, there is also a plot to destroy Luke.  As the mystery deepens, Luke falls for a beautiful young woman who happens to have been in the nursery when Prince Arthur was kidnapped.  But Luke's friends do not like her and suspect foul play in this budding romance.  Will Luke and his friends be able to find Prince Arthur before any more evil befalls the Tudor family?   What if Anne Boleyn had delivered a healthy Prince to Henry VIII?  In this novel, that is the case.  I found the book quite interesting and entertaining.  Even though this never happened, the author has nicely developed characters along with some that actually lived in the Tudor period of history to create a very plausible change in the timeline of history.  If you like Tudor history, or alternate history, I suggest you read this book.
