4.5 Heart pounding Stars! This unique and engaging story will seize your emotions and won't let go! Right from the very start the intensity of the scene will rip your heart to shreds. When we jump 4 months later, it is puzzling and distressing at the direction life has resumed. We begin to realize that the life and love of a young innocent girl is in the balance. So begins a suspenseful game of strategy and control that is fast paced and intriguing. I was so emotionally invested in these characters. They were so well developed that I found myself yelling at times and cheering for them in equal measure. I even had to remind myself to breath at times. This is a story about control and obsession, love and loss, and ultimately hope and healing. I really enjoyed the progression of the story because it made it feel genuine and honest. This is the first book that I have read from Ms. Morris and I will definitely have to read more of her work!
Marry, Screw, Kill absolutely blew me away. This book was thrilling and completely brilliant. If you love a book that is suspenseful and full of plot twists and turns, then this is the book for you. I knew from the moment I started reading that I would be drawn in and could not put the book down. Her characters were mesmerizing and I couldn’t get enough. You will learn that things may not always be as they appear and sometimes we let others dictate who and what we think and do. Darkness definitely exists in some people, but the light in others completely outshine. This is a love story that has many twists, but what a way to end! This is a must read!!
