The one thing that Martha Stewart will never fail you on is when it comes to quality. Maybe that is why I love this cookbook. The Chiorizo, Corn & Cheddar Quesadillas and Fresh Tomatillo Salsa are the only two things I've made so far, but they were both very good! You can never go wrong with tomatillos, though. This cookbook is a great addition to any collection, even if you don’t love Martha Stewart. What you will have is a hit at your next gathering. I’d also recommend Conquer Your Kitchen from Chef Jai Scovers. Another favorite. I haven’t cooked a meal without it since I bought it months ago. It is worth every penny!
