You might be wondering, "How do we put Mason jars in the oven?" Good question. Mason jars are meant to be used in hot water baths or pressure canners and cannot be placed in a dry oven without water.
You will need to place the Mason jar in a tall sided roasting pan or baking dish and fill the pan or baking dish with hot water. Baking times will vary depending on your ingredients and the size of your Mason jar, pint size or quart size.
