Must Have Cookbook! What a charming and knowledgeable cookbook. And 200 recipes is a lot! We are very pleased with this new resource for vegan (including cheap vegan) recipes.

If you buy one vegan cookbook, make it this one. (Trust me, I have about 20.) This is both entertaining and reliable.
